Spring Break at Carpenteria

During spring break this year we went camping at Carpenteria beach. We had so much fun and had such great weather. Wes was able to come up for the weekend and I had to go back an forth because of work but it was awesome. The twins came as well and they were so good. They are pros when it comes to camping now and absolutely love the beach. Bridget doesn't really like to get dirty so it took her a while to even sit in the sand. She just liked to stay on the blanket and play with her toys. We did have to leave a little bit early because it started to rain but we got all packed up before it rained too hard. All in all it was a good trip and can't wait for the summer!

Jen and Steve Came to Visit!

A few weeks ago Jen and Steve Clegg came to visit us from Utah. They needed to get away for the weekend and we were happy to have them. We hung out and did some touristy sightseeing for Steve who hasn't seen a lot of LA. We went down to Hollywood and Highland and walked around and saw all of the intersesting people down there. The next day we went down to Santa Monica, it was still a bit cold but it was a beautiful day. We went on the ferris wheel on the pier which I have actually never been on. After that we went to 3rd street and walked around some more. We ended our weekend at a fun BBQ. We missed them as soon as they left and we are trying to talk them into moving down here!
