Caribbean Cruise

During the first week of January we were able to take advantage of the perk of working at a cruise line. We went on a 7 day cruise to the Caribbean with stops at Ocho Rios, Jamaica; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; Cozumel, Mexico; and Princess Cays, Bahamas. We left out of Ft Lauderdale, Fl and it was a little touch and go at the beginning. We were set to leave the day before the cruise left but our flight got cancelled due to fog. We scrambled and thankfully caught the red eye that got us there just in time. It was really stressful but we were glad to make it. We had such an amazing time. We swam with the stingrays in Grand Cayman, swam with Dolphins in Cozumel, hiked up a waterfall in Ocho Rios and went sailing in the Bahamas. There are not words to explain how fun it was. I felt like we knew the whole ship so there were a lot of people to hang out with. Only one thing would have made it better and that was if Wes could have come. He just started a new job for the city and was not able to make it. We have a cruise planned in August for Alaska and we are hoping that he will be able to come.
